At Tropically, we want your shower to be as perfect as a day at the beach. But if your Tropically Paradise isn't quite living up to its name, don't worry β we've got you covered!
Returns: Easy as a Tropical Breeze
60-day return window (because we're generous like that)
No questions asked (we won't make you explain your shower preferences)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (even paradise has some rules)
All returns must be in their original resalable condition
All returns must be complete with their existing tags and packaging
Once we've received and inspected your return, you'll receive an email letting you know if it's been approved or rejected
If approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (sorry, we can't bend on this one)

Orders processed in 1-2 business days (we're quick, but not on weekends or holidays)
Shipping costs calculated at checkout (no surprises here)
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order ships
Track your order at tropically.co/track (watch your paradise make its way home)
Important Tidbits:
You're responsible for customs fees and taxes (sorry, we can't control those pesky tariffs)
Damaged goods? Contact us ASAP at [email protected] (save the packaging β it's evidence!)
Tropically is responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping
